Sales Manager Belgium

Our Dutch customer is the largest producer of solar panel mounting systems in the Netherlands . With more than 15 years of experience they have grown into a leading global player in the european market and in the Usa.

For the further growth and succes in the french part of Belgium we are looking for an experienced sales manager who is going to conquer the walloon markt.

As a sales manager you are responsible for a selected group of partners and prospects in Belgium. You are also well aware of developments in the solar market and the wishes of our partners and you are able to build a good relationship with our partners and talk to them about long-term partnerships. You are an enterprising and result-oriented professional who is capable of turning assignments into opportunities. You are commercial and resourceful, goal-oriented and enterprising.

You understand that the industry is about "awarding" and you are constantly expanding your network. In addition, you actively focus on mapping the market.

You have at least 4 years of demonstrable experience in a commercial field service position.



  • Extending the sales channels among PV installers, EPC providers and wholesalers in Belgium as target partners.

  • Sharp in analyzing the market and know how to respond to it.

  • Responsible for proactively visiting and contacting partners / prospects.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit;you see opportunities and know how to make them concrete

  • Close deals quickly and bind partners to us permanently and exclusively.

  • Continuously update customers on product changes and modifications, services and pricing.

  • Assist with on-site training for customers.

  • Constantly working on the latest trends and share this information with your colleagues.

  • Technical knowledge preferably in the solar branch.

  • Gather and share intelligence of the Belgian solar PV market.

  • Participation in sales and marketing events in Belgium.

  • You work from your home office.

  • You are stationed in Wallonia or Brussels.



  • Completed Bachelor studies, preferably in a commercial direction.

  • 4-10 years of experience in a similar role with proven commercial results.

  • Experience in the solar industry is an advantage.

  • Proven track record in networks.

  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken in French and English (Dutch is an advantage)
