Sales Manager Belgium

Our Dutch customer is the largest producer of solar panel mounting systems in the Netherlands. With more than 15 years of experience they have also grown into a leading global player in the market. For the further growth in the Belgium we are therefore looking for an experienced sales manager.

As a sales manager you are responsible for a selected group of partners and prospects in Belgium. You are also well aware of developments in the solar market and the wishes of our partners and you are able to build a good relationship with our partners and talk to them about long-term partnerships. You are an enterprising and result-oriented professional who is capable of turning assignments into opportunities. You are commercial and resourceful, goal-oriented and enterprising.

You understand that the industry is about "awarding" and you are constantly expanding your network. In addition, you actively focus on mapping the market.

You have at least 4 years of demonstrable experience in a commercial field service position.



  • You are responsible for proactively visiting and contacting partners / prospects

  • You know how to close deals quickly and bind partners to us permanently and exclusively.

  • You are able to establish a strong network.

  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit; you see opportunities and know how to make them concrete.

  • You are sharp in analyzing the market and know how to respond to it.

  • You understand the technical, preferably solar, branch well.

  • You are constantly working on the latest trends and share this information with your colleagues.

  • Completed Bachelor studies, preferably in a commercial direction.

  • 4-10 years of experience in a similar role with proven commercial results.

  • Experience in the solar industry is an advantage.

  • Proven track record in networks.

  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken in French and English (Spanish, English and German are an advantage)
